By accessing or using Vioset ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vioset is a bookmark management tool that allows users to save, organize, and optionally analyze web content using AI. Some features, such as AI-powered content analysis, are available only to Premium subscribers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Save or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal usage.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI summaries, tags, and snippets generated by the Service are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of AI-generated output.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the bookmarks, collections, and tags you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vioset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
