- Payment information: if you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, for security and debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service (storing and organizing your bookmarks).
- To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
- To generate AI summaries of bookmarked content (Premium feature), using Google Gemini.
- To send essential account emails (verification, password reset) via Resend.
- To improve and secure the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate Vioset:
- Vercel — hosting and file storage (avatars).
- Neon — database hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google — authentication (OAuth) and AI content analysis (Gemini API).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their function.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data — including bookmarks, collections, and tags — is permanently deleted from our database.
